Please be aware that returns of devices purchased online or in-store through our affiliated retailers or partners must adhere to the specific returns policy of the respective retailer or partner.

Partners or retailers are only authorized to process returns for devices purchased online or at their physical stores.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all one-time purchases and subscriptions made through this website: www.earahearing.com.
We suggest using your hearing aid(s) for a trial period of two to three weeks to properly adjust. Although this trial period is optional, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your hearing aid(s) within 45 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or subscription fees (minus any shipping costs, discounts, or redeemed coupons). The duration of the trial period may vary depending on where you purchased your hearing aids and is subject to specific conditions set by the retailer.
During the 45-day trial period, you may only return the same device model once, and you won't be eligible for multiple returns or credit.
It's important to return all additional accessories, charging cases, charging cables, or free gifts included with your purchase to qualify for a full refund.
THE 45-DAY TRIAL PERIOD IS ONLY APPLICABLE ONCE. YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED ONCE FOR EACH TYPE OF HEARING AID YOU WISH TO RETURN, NO RETURNS WILL BE MADE FOR CREDIT. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRIAL AND RETURN THE SAME DEVICE MODEL MULTIPLE TIMES WITH THE GOAL OF CONTINUED USE OF THE DEVICES WITHOUT PAYMENT OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT USE EITHER THROUGH A ONE-TIME PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION.
Please note that any loss or damage to your hearing aid(s) during the return process is your responsibility. The provided USPS return label is valid for three months from the purchase date. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for your return.
If you misplace your USPS return label, contact our Hearing Hub™ for a replacement. A charge may apply for the replacement label.
To initiate a refund, log a call with our customer service team before 5pm (EST) on the 45th day after receipt. You must include the USPS return label number on the package and provide the tracking number within 7 days of logging your call.
Returned hearing aid(s) must be in working condition and include all original packaging, accessories, free gifts, instructions, and documentation. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a denied refund.
After the 45-day trial period, refunds may not be available for one-time purchases or subscription fees. Canceling a subscription may incur an early termination fee equivalent to one month's subscription fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return process. Reselling of hearing aid devices obtained through a subscription is strictly prohibited.
Termination of a subscription will result in forfeiture of Lexie Rewards points, and any returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
If incorrect items are received, arrangements for return shipping will be made at the customer's expense. Failure to confirm the return within 7 days may result in disposal of the incorrect items.
For consumable products like Eara Hearing domes, wax filters, and cleaning tools, returns are not accepted once purchased due to the potential for use. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of all customers.
